The Mouse River Loop Genealogical Society was chartered on April 1, 1978, with the purpose of collecting, cataloging and preserving genealogical and historical material pertinent to the Mouse River Loop area, which includes Bottineau, Burke, McHenry, Mountrail, Renville and Ward counties in north-central and northwestern North Dakota.

We meet the first Saturday of each month (except for July) at the Minot Public Library (516-2nd Avenue SW), in the Community Room in the Lower Level, at 1 p.m.

Due to COVID-19, meetings for the Mouse River Loop Genealogical Society are temporarily canceled. Please watch this website and our Facebook page for more information on future meetings.
